What to expect

“A portrait session is not a photoshoot.
It's a conversation that happens with a camera.”

Most people feel uncomfortable in front of a lens. Not because they're difficult to photograph, but because they've never been given the time or the space to simply be. That's what this session is designed to change.

Whether you need images for professional use, for a personal project, or simply because you want photographs that finally look like you, the process is the same. Slow, quiet, and built around who you are.

It doesn't matter what you do or why you're here. What matters is that we take the time to get it right.

How it works

1. Consultation

Before anything else, we talk. A 30-minute conversation — in person or online — where we figure out what you need, where we'll shoot, what the images will be used for, and how you want to feel in them. This is where the session is planned.

2. Session

The shoot itself. Studio or location, depending on what we decided. Duration varies by session — most run between one and two hours. we work until we have what we came for.

3. Select

After the shoot, we sit down together and go through the images. I'll guide you with an objective eye — what works technically, what works emotionally — but the final selection is always yours.

4. Edit

I edit the selected images with a light hand. The goal is natural — skin that looks like skin, light that looks like light. I remove what won't be there in two weeks. Nothing else.

5. Delivery

Your final images are delivered in full resolution through a private online gallery, usually within two to three weeks of the session.

People have been making portraits of each other for as long as they have had the means to do so. In paint, in silver, in light. The impulse doesn't change, only the tools do. What a portrait has always been is a moment where someone says: this is who I am, right now.

If you've been putting off having a proper photograph of yourself, for whatever reason, this is a good place to start. Portrait sessions are available in Ioannina and Athens, in studio or at your location. Sessions start from €160.
